Bone Broth Smoothies - Mango & Maple and Raspberry & Cacao Flavors

When freezing bone broth it neutralizes the taste of the broth, adding no obvious meat flavor to the smoothie. 

 Mix 1 tsp of Pure Beef Bone Broth with hot water, stir until dissolved. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze. Pop out as many ice cubes and add to your daily smoothies.

 Mango & Maple Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes (+ freezing) Serves: 2

1 cup (250 ml) almond milk or Kefir milk.

1 Large mango (430 g), peeled, chopped, frozen

2 beef bone broth ice cubes

1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup

sliced mango, extra to serve

1. Blend milk, mango, ice cubes and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses and top with sliced mango serve straight away.

 

Raspberry & Cacao Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes (+ freezing) Serves 2

270 ml canned coconut milk

1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries

2 beef bone broth ice cubes

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon cacao powder

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses and top with extra frozen raspberries, if you like; service straight away.
