Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. If we need to resend orders due to incorrect address supplied by the customer the domestic re-posting charge is $10.00

Packaging of your Purchase
As most of our products are packed in glass bottles, we have custom made (life jackets/airbags) for them. Each order is packed by hand and we ensure that your order is handled carefully and safely for its journey to you. We understand that at times while in transit the glass bottle may get broken or the freshness pop seal has popped, please let us know as soon as your order arrives so we can arrange a replacement one to be sent to you. If you could email us your order number and a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note of caution, if a bottle is broken in the airbag, please handle with care to avoid you hurting yourself or others.

Shipping within Australia
Flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 per order within Australia to all capital cities and most regional centers. Shipping price also includes full tracking details supplied in an email at dispatch. Note, a courier may leave the parcel if no-one is home.

* We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received. Shipping times are approx. We also may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided.

International Shipping: Please note: If there customs duties and raised on order when it arrives in your country, you will need to settle this amount with your customs, before the parcel will be released for delivery. Please note that orders are placed on understanding this process, as we dont refund orders on this basis.

We are not shipping to the EU anymore, due to EU Customs not allowing the bone broth product to pass customs. Please purchase on Amazon Germany or UK.

We are using the  Australian postal service to send our standard parcels to other countries, if you wish to have a faster service for delivery. Please contact us for a quote for this service. Currently this service is between 14-21 days.

We have partnered with DHL Global Mail for these orders and we have included a Transit timeline for the different countries.

Target delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude local public holidays. Target delivery dates are measured from the time the shipment arrives in the Sydney Distribution Center.

Dutiable shipments may take longer to clear and delivery times will change.
Please note: Any applicable custom duties or taxes in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer.


Duties and Taxes Payable by Receiver:

The quoted international shipping rates only cover the shipping charges. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout.

Duties and taxes may be due in your country and this is determined by your local customs office. You will be either notified by the customs officer or carrier that an amount is due before delivery of your order is completed to you.

We suggest if you are not sure to contact your customs office and make inquiries.

Please note that we are not able to pay these amounts on your behalf and we are not able to refund your purchase if you decide not to pay the required duties and taxes. When custom clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
