How to be part of the program
Step 1 - Please click on the relevant app button or scan the QR code to download the app and register your details. The QR code is also available on your jar or pouch.
Step 2- Once you have made your purchase from either our website or from Amazon you will need to capture your invoice number on the app. Click Orders and capture your Shopify /Amazon order #.
Terms and conditions:
A purchase invoice can only be used once and within the last 6 months.
The purchase invoice must be in a completed state in order to qualify. Pending transactions need to wait until they become completed.
The loyalty program is applicable to the Australian Bone Broth product range only.
May not be redeemed for cash equivalent and is not transferable.
Cannot be combined with any other offer.
If a product has been returned for a refund this transaction will not qualify for a stamp.
The free product cannot be exchanged for credit or other products.
No postage charges we cover it. Any custom duties or taxes raised in your country will be for your account. We have noticed that certain countries are charging on these deliveries, we do not have any control over this.
We use standard shipping options for the free jars to customers.
We are only able to send the complimentary jars to the current delivery address on Amazon. We are unable to replace complimentary jars if the incorrect address's have been supplied.
