How to be part of the program

Step 1 - Please click on the relevant app button or scan the QR code to download the app and register your details. The QR code is also available on your jar or pouch.

 Step 2- Once you have made your purchase from either our website or from Amazon you will need to capture your invoice number on the app. Click Orders and capture your Shopify /Amazon order #.

Step 3- Our team will validate your purchase and stamp your loyalty card for you.
Step 4 - After your 5th bone broth purchase, you will get a free bone broth bottle/powder. We will post this to you and supply you a tracking number as well via your loyalty app. To view your progress please go to Loyalty option on your app.
Step 5 - Your loyalty card will be reset and you can start again.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Purchase Invoice Usage: Each purchase invoice may only be used once and must be within the last 6 months.

2. Invoice Completion Requirement: Purchase invoices must be in a completed state to qualify. Pending transactions will be eligible once they are completed.

3. Loyalty Program Scope: The loyalty program applies exclusively to the Australian Bone Broth product range.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable: Loyalty rewards may not be redeemed for cash equivalents and are not transferable.

5. Exclusivity of Offers: Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other offer.

6. Refunds and Qualification: Transactions resulting in product returns for a refund will not qualify for loyalty rewards.

7. Product Exchange Policy: Free products obtained through the loyalty program cannot be exchanged for credit or alternative products.

8. Postage and Custom Duties: We cover postage charges. Any customs duties or taxes incurred in your country are your responsibility. Please note that certain countries may impose additional charges on deliveries, which we have no control over.

9. Shipping Policy: Complimentary jars are shipped using standard shipping options for all customers.

10. Delivery Address Requirements: Complimentary jars will be sent to the current delivery address on Amazon. We are unable to replace complimentary jars if incorrect addresses are provided.
