This Halal-certified thick liquid concentrate combines beef bone broth, added beef collagen peptides and a savoury blend of basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary and thyme. Made using New Zealand beef, the finished product is made in Australia from imported ingredients.

The herbs are already blended into the concentrate, making it convenient for pasta and tomato-based sauces, meatballs, soups, casseroles, gravies, rice, braises and slow-cooked meals.

Each jar provides approximately 39 serves, giving the Double Pack approximately 78 serves based on a 10g serving.

Ingredients & How to Use

Ingredients: Beef Bone Broth Concentrate (80%), Beef Collagen Peptides, Dried Italian Herbs (1.3%) (Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme), Naturally Evaporated Sea Salt.

For a savoury broth: Stir 1 teaspoon (10g) into 100mL of hot water.

For cooking: Add directly to pasta sauces, meatballs, soups, casseroles, gravies, rice, braises and slow-cooked meals. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate each jar after opening and use a clean, dry spoon.
