At Australian Bone Broth Co, we genuinely appreciate your support. Our Loyalty Program is our way of thanking you—by rewarding your paid purchases with complimentary products.
Joining is easy: scan the QR code on your jar/pouch and register in the app.
How the program works
Step 1 — Download & register
Tap the relevant app button or scan the QR code to download the app and create your account.
Step 2 — Submit your order in the app
After purchasing from our website (Shopify) or Amazon, open the app and go to Orders, then submit your Shopify/Amazon Order Number.
Step 3 — We validate your purchase
Our team will verify your order and stamp your loyalty card in the app.
Step 4 — Earn your reward
After your 5th eligible purchase, you will receive 1 complimentary bone broth jar or powder (as determined by availability and standard program rules).
We will dispatch it and provide tracking via the app.
Step 5 — Reset & start again
Once your reward is issued, your loyalty card resets and you can begin collecting again.

Terms & Conditions
Eligible purchases (important): Only paid and completed orders qualify. Cancelled, failed, unpaid, refunded, returned, chargeback, or reversed transactions do not count (including partial or full refunds where applicable).
Invoice/order submission window: Each eligible order can be submitted once only and must be within 6 months of purchase date.
Proof of purchase:
Shopify: valid order number from our website.
Amazon: valid Amazon order number (and may require an invoice screenshot if requested for verification).
Validation timeline: Stamps are applied after verification. During high-volume periods, validation may take longer
Program scope: Applies to Australian Bone Broth Co branded products only. Purchases of other brands or unrelated products are not eligible.
One account per customer: The program is for individual customer use and is not transferable. We may decline stamps where misuse is suspected (e.g., duplicated invoices, repeated submissions, or false documentation).
No cash value / no substitutions: Rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for credit. Reward product type/variant may vary based on availability.
Cannot be combined: Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Shipping for complimentary rewards: We cover standard shipping. Any import duties/taxes charged by your country remain your responsibility.
Delivery address responsibility: Complimentary rewards are sent to the current address held in your loyalty profile (and/or the verified order delivery details). We cannot replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
