Frequently asked questions
Beef bone broth concentrate is a reduced, shelf-stable broth base made for everyday cooking. It can be mixed with hot water to make a broth-style liquid or stirred directly into recipes where you want rich savoury beef flavour.
Use approximately 1 teaspoon, or 10 g, with 100 ml of hot water to make a broth-style liquid. You can also add a small amount directly into soups, sauces, gravies, rice, noodles, casseroles and slow-cooked meals, then adjust to taste.
Yes. Beef bone broth concentrate can be used as a convenient beef stock-style base in cooking. Add hot water when you need a liquid stock, or stir the concentrate directly into recipes when you want a deeper savoury flavour without adding as much liquid.
When the concentrate is mixed with hot water, the broth may appear milky white because of the natural fats from the beef bones. This is normal for this style of broth and does not mean the product is incorrect.
Use it in soups, stews, sauces, gravies, casseroles, rice, noodles, pasta sauces and slow-cooked meals. It is also useful for adding savoury depth to mince dishes, risotto-style meals, ramen-style bowls and winter comfort meals.
