After opening, refrigeration can cause the natural fats and gelatin in the concentrate to become firmer, giving the broth a thicker consistency. This is a normal characteristic of the product.

When mixed with hot water, natural beef fats can disperse through the broth, creating a creamy or slightly milky appearance rather than the clear appearance of a commercial stock.

Ingredients: Beef Bone Broth Concentrate (80%), Beef Collagen Peptides, Dried Italian Herbs (1.3%) (Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme), Naturally Evaporated Sea Salt.
For a savoury broth: Stir 1 teaspoon (10g) into 100mL of hot water.
For cooking: Add directly to soups, sauces, gravies, casseroles, pasta, rice, noodles and slow-cooked meals. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
