What to Expect
Natural Beef Aroma & Savoury Flavour
Natural Beef has a recognisable beef aroma and savoury flavour without herbs or spices already added.
Thicker After Refrigeration
After opening, refrigeration can cause the natural fats and gelatin to become firmer, giving the concentrate a thicker consistency. This is a normal characteristic of the product.
Creamy When Prepared
When mixed with hot water, natural beef fats can disperse through the broth, creating a creamy or milky-white appearance rather than the clear appearance of a commercial stock.
Small variations in colour and consistency can naturally occur between batches.

For a savoury broth: Stir 1 teaspoon (10g) into 100mL of hot water.
For cooking: Add directly to soups, sauces, gravies, casseroles, rice, noodles, pasta sauces and slow-cooked meals. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
